Somatic Alchemy Coaching–
This offering is best for folks who desire depth support as they make shifts in their personal life, relationships, healing and wellbeing.
These sessions are body based, and work on an energetic and physical level– where the root of our protective patterns actually live. They will draw upon the foundations of traditional coaching, NLP, hypnosis, Enneagram and self-inquiry while weaving in somatic practices that will take our coaching work even deeper.

My way is contemplative and non-dual.
I use my training in coaching, shamanism, Alchemical Alignment, relational mediation, NLP, hypnosis (guided deep visualizations), meditation, sacred Enneagram & communication as tools in my practice.
