Episode 118: Humanize your Business with Katie Kurtz

How am I practicing personal attunement as I show up in the spaces I'm holding? How am I regulating my nervous system to offer co-regulation to the person I'm serving? How am I shifting my language and my communications? Notice, all of this is about me and self-exploration and then how I show up to others. ”
