Episode 9: You Are Your Body with Hillary Mcbride PHD

Hillary McBride PHD

“When we take human experiences that actually are sacred and slow and methodical and available to everybody and we package them in such a way that we make it feel like it has to look a certain way to be valid, that you have to be this kind of practice to be embodied: No! If you noticed you were hungry and you ate – you are embodied.”
