This is a rough draft of the agreement you will sign to be a guest teacher. Please read in full. After you have read the agreement, my team will send over the final agreement for you to sign digitally.

Madison Morrigan Guest Teacher Agreement—

"I hereby grant to Madison Morrigan LLC, including the contractors hired my Madison Morrigan LLC (Including but not limited to assistants, managers, ads team, editors, social media managers) the right and permission to record, use, edit to protect the privacy of clients present and publish this conversation and distribute it inside [INSERT PROGRAM NAME].

Such right and permission includes my name, recorded voice or video, photograph or likeness, biographical information, handouts, notes taken during the recording, or any material derived from the live teaching. 

I understand that this material will be recorded and only distributed inside [INSERT PROGRAM NAME], and that my name, photograph, and bio may be used on the sales page and in marketing materials in the future to offer context to program contents. 

I have agreed to be paid [$___] to teach this workshop, and understand it will only be distributed inside [INSERT PROGRAM NAME].  I understand I will not receive the recording to distribute in my own business or for my own purposes, and will not share what the clients of Madison Morrigan LLC have said inside the live event to uphold the confidentiality of all clients. 

I understand that the live teaching can and may be edited to protect the privacy of clients present before distribution inside [INSERT PROGRAM NAME]. 

I understand that materials to promote the program may be created using my image or written quotes said in the container of my live teaching. I know I am under no obligation to share the content or promote the program.  If I do not want marketing materials using my name or photo shared on social media, I will specify in email this to help@madisonmorrigan.com and this ask will be honored. 

I understand that Madison Morrigan LLC may use these recordings in future intakes of [INSERT PROGRAM NAME]. If this recording is to be used again, I understand I will be notified and paid [$100] per intake. 

I hereby warrant and represent that I have the right to enter into this agreement and to grant the rights granted to Madison Morrigan herein. I agree that during the course of the interview I have not violated the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, rights of privacy, trade secrets, and non-disclosure agreements, and that in the event of any breach of any of these warranties, that I will defend and hold Madison Morrigan LLC harmless against any such claims.

This release shall be binding upon me and anyone who could legally represent me.
