Somatic Alchemy Coaching–

These sessions are body based, and work on an energetic and physical level– where the root of our protective patterns & threat responses actually live. In sessions I will use the tools of of traditional coaching, NLP, hypnosis, Enneagram, self-inquiry, shamanic, energy medicine & somatic trauma resolution practices. This is post-traumatic growth and best for folks who have been receiving therapy and/or coaching for some time.

My coaching style—

My way is contemplative and non-dual.

I use my training in leadership coaching, shamanism, Alchemical Alignment, relational mediation, NLP, hypnosis (guided deep visualizations), meditation, sacred Enneagram & communication as tools in my practice. 

Through self-inquiry, emotional alchemy, and somatic embodiment, my coaching helps you shift your perspective and rewrite outdated narratives, allowing you to trust the goodness of your heart and traverse even the stickiest of situations with ease.  

I will support you to see yourself clearly, remove obstacles that keep you from impeccable leadership, impact and ease, close the unconscious loops that keep you hiding your most potent magic and finally live the truth, power and wholeness that has always been within you.
