🍯 Personal Nectar Call - 60 minutes - $250
These healing sessions will be more somatic (body-based) in nature than my previous coaching offerings, and work more on an energetic and physical level– where the root of our protective patterns actually live. They are best for folks who want to heal from shame of their “muchness,” want a nervous system tune-up, want to connect to their Essence and have deeper access to their truth and want to let go of fawning, people-pleasing, perfectionism and a lifetime of masking.

💡 Business and Leadership Nectar Session - 90 minutes - $500
These business sessions can be used for strategic visioning for 2024, gaining clarity on an offer, launch or marketing, breaking through a snag in your confidence or pesky pattern in your leadership and client dynamics, gaining perspective, guidance and grounded, nuanced feedback on what’s happening in your business, client sessions and group dynamics and more.
Includes one week of support in Signal.

The Nectar Session is a one-time call where we will get right to the heart of what you’re wanting, needing, and seeking— be it in life, healing, relationships or business.

Once you make your investment, you will immediately receive an email from me, celebrating you and outlining the next steps in scheduling your session.
You will also receive a depth intake form to complete before our time together. I recommend taking yourself out to tea and filling it out over the course of an hour. It’s juicy.
48 hours before our call, you will return the intake form to me so I can throughly prep for our call.
The day of the call, you will log into Zoom from a cozy nook with a journal, ready for a perception bending, clarifying, expansive and grounding call together.
You’ll spend some time integrating the call, nourishing yourself and carving out self-care time after (what I call Breakthrough Aftercare) so the insights have time to land in your body fully. I recommend taking the day off after these sessions where possible.
