Garden of Goodness
Garden of Goodness is a free weekly(ish) newsletter about reclaiming our wholeness and innate goodness.
Hey there! I’m Madison Morrigan, writer, coach and facilitator of transformational conversations.
I have been writing digital newsletters alongside my coaching practice since 2015, and my words reach roughly 9,000 inboxes weekly and growing. I gather intimately twice a month with my online membership community, The Sacred Heart Sanctuary, where I teach and support folks to access and live into their truth using ritual, self-inquiry and body-based practices. I also have a robust private boutique coaching practice.
I am the proud recipient of 5x International Coaching awards from BYCA, and host the Everything Belongs podcast, which now has over 100 episodes. When I’m not coaching or writing I’m likely dancing to Carly Rae Jepsen in the kitchen with my pug Morris and distracting my partner Jen while she bakes.
I write here every week about reclaiming our wholeness and innate goodness, being a queer autistic femme in the midwest, life as art, boundaries for highly sensitives, devotion to our Truth, and alchemizing shame into succulent self-expression.
My thriving private coaching practice and group offerings have been the gift born of the community made through my writing.
I share candidly, and though I aim to cut to the bone, it is my commitment to stay anchored in hope.
I know what is possible through healing.
I know what is possible when we tell the truth of our stories.
I know what is possible when we learn to guardian the goodness of our own heart and lives.
These days I write weekly essays, poems and insights supporting you to cultivate and become guardian of goodness in your own life.
By subscribing you’ll also receive my Call Your Energy Back Hypnosis and journal guide – “anointed” and “powerful” are just a few ways people have described their experience with it.
