The Backstory -
I want to offer you the truth of it: teaching business was never my aim. In fact, I see myself as more of a “mystic with a heart for creative expression and service” than a biz coach.
For me, business is a spiritual practice.
I feel a good strategy is sexy as hell and expressing yourself with potency is a gift for all. I know when the details are sorted and structures are sound, showing up for our work day in and day out can be like a ritual: flowy, easy, abundant, regenerative. (We can be of highest service, too).
I don’t believe in hustle, but I do believe working, leading, and serving with excellence is a sign of someone who is tapped in and turned on by life.
I also know that Sacred Self-Responsibility, Sovereign Leadership, and Full Expression are needed more than ever, especially for the leaders, healers, and creatives.
We need more money in the hands of people with heart, more eyes on teachings that change lives, and more grounded, playful, and intuitive business practices that will reap the regeneration we long for.

In your pre-recorded training calls I will guide you through 9 Modules and a bonus coaching call, supporting you in curating a business that reflects both your standard of excellence and your devotional heart.

Develop your Business Ecosystem— Anchored in your values, you’ll design a Team Handbook that you’ll build upon through the experience, full of Standard Operating Procedures, business standards and more. This is the foundation.
Map out your Signature Offering to be clear, cohesive, and effective— Based on your greatest strengths, client feedback and your best skills, you’ll map your process and develop an offer so potent and helpful your ideal clients won’t wanna resist.
Curate Soul-Aligned and Consensual Marketing— There’s a lot of shady marketing, we both know it’s true. But it’s also true that there’s a way to promote your work so it sells while it serves. I’ll teach you to build upon your Signature Offering by designing a “breadcrumb trail” too delicious to pass up.
Fall in love with your Social Media Strategy— What works for you? What doesn’t? What if your relationship to social media mirrored your desires? (It can).
Design and Systemize your Client/Program Experience— If your systems aren’t pristine, they will be. You’ll develop SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) and streamline the inside of your program or offering so you’ll never repeat yourself, or waste time with unnecessary admin again.
How to Lead (and Hire) Your Team like a True Boss— Us visionaries can struggle working in a group, and yet, scaling requires support. Learn how (and when) to hire a team, and snag not only my own templated procedures, but also a bonus interview with my Operations Manager, Julia.

Faq's —
Is this program self-paced? Are there live calls?
This program used to run live, but is self-paced, meaning all the calls are pre-recorded so you can access them in your own pace and timing.
If you desire more support, I recommend adding the 1-1 consulting so I can journey with you on the experience and give my real-time feedback on your process.
I recommend following our program outline, which allows you to do the complete program over 4 months time, offering you space to implement the materials while staying engaged.
You will receive emails throughout the program supporting you to keep pace with the content and stay inspired!
Can I just hire you to do this 1-1?
I don't teach this content anywhere else, but I can consult you on your individual business. I charge a starting rate of $1000 for 2 sessions a month, with a 3-month minimum. Please reach out and get on my waitlist if this interests you.
