Deconstructing who we “should” be after religious trauma.

I was so honored to be invited to have a raw, honest conversation with Brenda Marie Davies, the soul behind God is Grey - a youtube channel & podcast that champions for sex positive, intellectual and affirming Christianity. We got to speak on the ways we move through religious trauma, detaching from what we are told we “should” be and embracing all that God made us to be!

I was also able to walk her through a mini process of what the amazing women in my program, Awaken Her Soul, go through as they deconstruct old stories, be with their truth and having compassion for that very old, old programming.
